Warehouse Administrator - TA

Responsibilities :

·      Perform full functions within min 2 area of specialization (Empty Store and General Warehouse or Full Store and Distribution) in order to achieve receiving/sorting/storing/delivering/supplying targets within cost, time, quantity and quality standard.​​ 

·      Perform inventory control for each area of responsibility is adequate for one day production schedule or distribution schedule.

·      Ensure incoming and outgoing materials or shipments are accurate and free of damage and FIFO/FEFO delivery are controlled adequately.

·      Ensure proper stock rotation, keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained and assist in physical inventories.

·      Administration execution(Internal & excise documentations, SAP transaction, and other relevant reports). 

·      Perform regular monitoring for good house keeping and safety implementation as per hygiene and safety standard to ensure ‘good and safe place for work’.

·      Implementing QualityStandard (ISO 9001,14001,22000, Heineken)

·      Ensure sustainability of TPM tools implementation, motivate and coaching team to grow with TPM way.​


Requirements :

 • Minimum Diploma (D3) in any relevant discipline (Economics, Finance, Technical)

• Experience in Warehouse operations / Logistics

• Familiar with SAP

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• English proficiency conversant both oral and written.

• Good knowledge about TPM

• Ability to work in team and with different levels of people inside and outside organization
