SnOP Manager & NPI Coordinator

The purpose of this job is to own and facilitate the execution of the end to end sales & operations planning process according to the global Heineken standard. The S&OP Manager ensures that key decision makers take business decisions across multiple functional areas in a coordinated, timely, fact base and high-quality manner.

NPI coordinator is to support Marketing NPI agenda become reality within timeline and optimum cost


Key Responsibilities:

  • Heineken S&OP process serves as the leading platform for all major business decisions across multiple functional areas
  • Compliance of all relevant stakeholders to the S&OP process.
  • Governance structure in place to monitor and improve overall S&OP process effectiveness by using process performance indicators, audit tool and stakeholder feedback
  • High quality decisions and one agreed plan (with underlying assumptions) supported by all relevant stakeholders
  • Manages NPI supply chain planning process align with Marketing agenda. Ensures supply required (optimal) levels of supply chain planning parameters (such as required customer service levels, target stock levels, OPI) are defined, communicated and commonly applied, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders



  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Studies & Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain and other professional qualification
  • Specialized training in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning and Supply Chain management
  • Years of experience: 3 – 5 years Good leadership skills,
  • Sound judgment, problem solving and decision making skill
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Good Analytical and computer literacy
