Packaging Technician

As a Packaging Technician, you will perform process and product control on the machine, lead initiatives to improve workplace performance, and guarantee that our packaging process operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards.
• Executes process and product control on all machines.
• Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities.
• Ensures the Packaging process operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.
• Executes basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic, or Mechanical.
• Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience.
• Conversant in English both oral and written.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery.
