ABOUT THE JOB
Multi Bintang Indonesia is looking for an experienced Management Reporting Manager to own and lead end‑to‑end statutory, and group financial reporting for a public listed company.
This role is critical in ensuring reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality financial insights, while partnering closely with senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and the HEINEKEN Group. JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
As Management Reporting Manager, you are accountable for safeguarding the integrity, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across the organization. You ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (PSAK, OJK, IDX) and HEINEKEN Group standards, while transforming financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision‑making. This role has a strong impact on business confidence, governance, and future‑readiness by strengthening internal controls, improving reporting processes, and leading automation and standardization initiatives across multiple entities. #DoSomethingThatMatters
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end‑to‑end statutory and group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and HEINEKEN Accounting Policies.
- Own and manage the complete financial reporting calendar, proactively identifying issues, driving resolution, and escalating matters when required.
- Coordinate group reporting submissions, including consolidation inputs and reconciliation of intercompany and intracompany transactions across multiple entities.
- Prepare and review management reports and financial analyses for Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and HEINEKEN Group stakeholders, translating financial results into clear insights.
- Act as the primary finance counterpart for external auditors, leading statutory and group audit engagements and ensuring smooth audit execution.
- Ensure compliance with public listed company requirements, including OJK, IDX, taxation, and corporate governance standards.
- Serve as process owner and ICFR control owner for reporting, ensuring effective control design, testing support, robust documentation, and timely remediation of control deficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of reporting processes, including the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Tax, Digital & Technology, and other business functions to ensure high‑quality data, reporting integrity, and reporting excellence.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., Chartered Accountant (CA) from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within a public listed company or multinational environment.
- Strong exposure to statutory reporting, group reporting, and audit processes.
- Solid knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and internal control frameworks (ICFR).
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong analytical skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to operate under tight deadlines and audit scrutiny.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
