Human Resources Information System (HRIS) & Operations Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • To provide continuous support on HR information system in order to meet and support HR related business objective.
  • Providing analysis, consultation, and recommendation of the system, leading the development project and the deployment as well as supporting the implementation and utilization to relevant parties.
  • Providing sound and accurate HR data for various purposes in HR reporting and particular processes such as manpower planning, budgeting and management review.
  • Manage the daily operations of HRIS, and ensure  the system are well operated in efficient, effective and secure  manner.
  • Maintain the access permission of users to HRIS modules and follow up the changes on users’ access request.
  • Analyze problem log and provide resolutions to the users and ensure that functionality of the system are utilized properly.
  • Ensure Policies and SOPs related with ICT and HRIS  are implemented in full compliance.
  • Manage the training of users of new system, tools and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Management Information, Business Administration or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in information system with 3 years as system analyst.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • In depth knowledge and implementation experience of system development and project management methodologies; good understanding of key IT delivery processes.
  • Experience in application design and systems development.
