Multi Bintang Indonesia is currently hiring for an FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Manager, a strategic and high-impact role based in Tangerang.
This position reports directly to the Senior Business Control (SBC) Manager and offers a dynamic opportunity to shape business performance, drive financial strategy, and lead digital finance transformation within a leading FMCG company.

Job Purpose
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in translating strategic ambition into financial plans, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting key business functions across the organization. You will partner with internal stakeholders, lead planning and forecasting cycles, and champion continuous improvements in process and digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities

Support the SBC Manager in strategic, annual, and monthly financial planning cycles (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Monthly Rolling Forecast).

Deliver insightful financial analysis and scenario modeling to drive performance.

Coordinate timely submissions of forecasts and reports to regional and global stakeholders.

Prepare and consolidate key financial reports: Monthly Performance Review, Board of Commissioners deck, P&L, Free Operating Cash Flow (FOCF), Gross to Net analysis, and more.

Partner with OpCo Support Functions (HR, IT, Procurement, etc.) to deliver cost transparency and effective performance management.

Lead initiatives in digital finance transformation by automating, simplifying, and modernizing planning and reporting processes.

Monitor actual performance vs. budget and provide early warnings on risks or deviations.

Provide financial insights and decision support to business cases and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with HTSA/East Timor planning teams and provide guidance in planning and forecasting.

Support internal and external audit processes and ensure control compliance.
Candidate Criteria
- Education: Preferably master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reporting and financial analysis, preferably in FMCG industry or consulting firms
Financial / scenario modelling experience
Experience in Project & Change management
Experience in Team Management -
Skills & Competencies:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a plus
Solid communication / inter-personal skills at all levels of the organization
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strategic thinking and alignment
Business analysis and challenge mindset
Stakeholder management
Risk assessment and decision support
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Tools Provided: Laptop
