Engineering Technician

We are looking for an Engineering Technician to join our Tangerang Brewery!

Job Descriptions:

• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees, contractors, and visitors according to the applicable statutory, HEINEKEN, and local regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Train and support Autonomous Maintenance teams in achieving, sustaining, and improving basic equipment conditions.
• Prepare, execute, register, evaluate, and improve planned maintenance activities
• Ensure and provide an uninterrupted supply of high-quality utility resources throughout the production process in compliance with HEINEKEN and local quality standards, regulations, and procedures, and thus contribute to the excellent finished product quality.
• Produce and report accurate and timely data and effectively communicate it to the relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate optimal decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Field education: Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument, Mechatronic
• Minimum 3 years experience in calibration instrument, Networking, and Programming (Proleit & Factory talk)
• Preferably in beverage, maintenance operation /shop floor experience and have experience in TPM
• Conversant in English both oral and written
• Willing to work in shifts
