Brewing Technician I

Brewing Technician I is to perform operation within area of specialization brew house ( Wort production, Cellar & Fermentation,  Beer Filtration / Centrifuge & BBT , Soft drink process ), handling only 2 area in order to achieve production target within cost, time, quantity, quality, environment and legal standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Health implementation
  • Realization of production output  in quantity and quality
  • High reliability and availability of production machines  and supporting equipment
  • Process control standard implementation
  • Production Material Availability
  • Shop floor excellence
  • Clean and hygiene working environment

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with field of education: Chemical, food technology, microbiology , pharmacy, engineering
  • Minimum working experience: 1 year
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to work in shift
