Job Purpose
As a Business Development Executive Modern Off, your mission is to deliver and manage company sales objectives within your Sub-Area. You’ll lead the charge in identifying market opportunities, executing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring the flawless implementation of promotional activities. Your leadership will empower distributor teams, promotional staff, and event organizers to win market share and build lasting consumer connection #DoSomethingThatMatters
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver & manage company sales objectives in specific Sub-Area.
- Identify sales growth & opportunity in specific Sub-Area.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, execute & control all sales and promotion activities.
- Provide effective leadership to his sales team (distributors, promotions girls, event organizer as well as outlet).
- To come up with innovation to win the targeted market share.
- Conduct accurate marketing & competitor intelligence to support sales program & strategy.
- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in his area in line with the guidelines and directives of marketing.
Candidate Criteria
- Ready to be placed all around Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in business and marketing.
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG.
- Has a strong passion for Sales.
- Conversant in English both written & oral.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills, and can adapt to quick changes in the market.
- Have a creative mindset, able to build a network with diverse stakeholders, and have some knowledge/skills in business development.
Tools Provided: Laptop, Ipad, Operational Car
Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for permanency based on performance review.
