Sales Capabilities Development Manager

Job Description:

Sales Capabilities Development Manager is responsible for driving and sustaining strategic initiatives and develop sales force capability by leading the implementation of specified sales tools and executing programs to sustain them. He/She will work under the close direction of the Sales Director and Region’s Sales Capability Manager in the development of the sales team across three key pillars namely, People, Systems and Process. The role will also define Sales Training needs as well as develop yearly training plan for the Sales force. Partner with Region’s Sales Capability Manager to build Sales force capability through the followings:

  • Plan and execute Sales force capability assessment
  • Execute global sales training through building local training resources
  • Implement and support Sales force / Field Sales coaching
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive measurable improvement programmes
  • Drive field sales audit to ensure execution of competency training

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in a commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and understand inter-relations of different functions to drive sales effectiveness
  • Passion in driving continuous improvement agenda 
  • Passion in people development
