Warehouse Team Leader - SA

Warehouse team leader is to assist warehouse manager in supervising day to day performance in his/her respective operational area to achieve warehouse department target and objective. Provide leadership, initiatives, and persistence to create successful team and he/she should good in technical knowledge, root cause analysis, solving the problem, and good execution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of SHE standard, ISO standard, and Heineken standard in regard to warehouse operation
  • Ensure & perform stock take, stock adjustment, and write off are done on regular basis (daily, weekly, or monthly)
  • Ensure & perform stock preservation, expired stock, quarantine stock, non-moving stock, and written off stock is reported and handled properly
  • Ensure all SOP, Work Instruction, and Form are updated properly to cover the whole activities for each area of responsibility

  • Ensure the level of inventory for each area of responsibility is adequate for a one-week production schedule or distribution schedule

  • Ensure that speed and quality of receiving/sorting/ storing/delivering/supplying, space availability, and FIFO/FEFO delivery is controlled adequately

  • Ensure all documentation (including customs and excise document), SAP transaction for receiving/sorting/storing/ delivering/supplying is updated properly and on time

  • Ensure sustainability of TPM tools implementation and provide motivation and coaching to subordinates to grow with TPM way.

  • Drive for implement TPM in daily work (Area Board, TPM Team,5S, RCFA)

  • Ensure the achievement of KPI’s through the TPM approach

  • Proactively conduct self-learning and development to increase the competency level

  • Continuously find a new idea for improvement in their respective area

  • Perform smooth coordination with the related department (i.e. SCM, Packaging, QC, Logistics, etc.) to plan and execute weekly production schedule and weekly sales order.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (all major)
  • Experience in using SAP & Ms.Office (excel, ppt, word)

  • Have knowledge in Warehouse Management System

  • Have 3 - 5 years working experience in Warehouse operations / Logistic
  • Have good leadership, Problem Solving
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in Power BI is value-added
  • Willing to be placed in Sampangagung, Mojokerto, East Jawa
