Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Act in accordance with the safety regulations.
2. Translate the safety regulations into appropriate practical working instructions and regularly assess the warehouse operation to ensure that regulations are respected.
3. Define the storage space layout to run the warehousing activities and review regularly to align with changing circumstances.
4. Translate short- and medium-term sales, inventory, and production plans into warehousing resource (staff, space, equipment) requirements.
5. Weekly plan and organize staff shifts and resource allocation to warehousing activities.
6. Monitor and control overtime, staff productivity, line stoppages, and delays in trucks loading/unloading due to a lack of warehousing resources.
7. Monitors daily the resources utilization to spot over and under-capacity situations.
8. Ensure continuity of operations in unexpected circumstances to ensure service level requirements are met.
9. Implement, monitor, and control 5S in the warehouse.

Requirements:

1. Willing to be placed in Sampangagung, Mojokerto - Surabaya.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or Technical field.
3. Has 3 years of experience, with a focus on logistics.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Able to work using SAP ECC or other ERP systems. WMS if applicable.
6. Supply Chain understanding, understanding of order management and transportation.
7. Understand TPM (Total Productive Management) knowledge and excise payment procedures.
8. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
