Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Administrator based in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto – Surabaya. You will play an important role in ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations, covering stock management, documentation, excise control, and daily coordination that supports our supply chain performance and compliance. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented, proactive individuals who enjoy operational excellence in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of daily warehouse operations. You manage data, documentation, material flow, and excise reporting while maintaining high standards of safety and traceability. Your work ensures that warehouse activities run smoothly and in full alignment with company SOPs and government regulations.

This role directly contributes to the reliability of our supply chain and the quality of our operations. By executing tasks with discipline, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and excise officers, you help safeguard product integrity and operational efficiency. • Perform regular stock takes in line with SOPs to ensure data accuracy and material traceability.
• Execute receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound materials are accurate, damage-free, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Process documentation and data entries accurately and on time for proper traceability and compliance.
• Manage excise document control and maintain close communication with excise officers to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Conduct performance measurement, reporting, and reviews for your operational area to achieve KPI targets.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience:

• Preferably has experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

• Highly trustworthy, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto.
