People Business Partner for Sampang Agung Brewery

Job Descriptions

  • Assist & support to Brewery Manager in the development of the organization & people in line with the goals, ambitions, and vision of the Brewery.
  • Ensure the Operational compliance of the Brewery in respective to regulations.
  • To actively participate in Total Productive Management (TPM) approaches as a pillar leader and as another pillar member as well as to promote & implement TPM as a way of working in the Brewery.
  • Proactively creating a conducive and positive working environment in the brewery.
  • Sustain a good relationship with the union in terms of win-win as the goal.
  • Ensure all company Policies, working agreements (PKB), and company/brewery procedures are well-informed, understood, and implemented within the brewery organization.
  • To review the performance of 3rd parties on a regular base and propose to management some improvements.
  • Regularly evaluate the brewery facility in relation to security and coordinate with 3rd party security and take action to anticipate a security issue.
     

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Law, industrial engineering, or others
  • 5 years experience in HR, and at least 3 years at the operational level.
  • Conversant with spoken and written English
