Country Transformation Manager
Main responsibilities
Quality control –maintain integrated view of all initiatives, identify and mitigate risks
•Responsible for maintaining and evaluating overall transformation programme
•Drive cross-functional cooperation –manage interdependencies; pull in and work with relevant Global/Region/OpCostakeholders as required
•Proactively identify risks & issues and resolve or flag to MT/Region/Global as required for timely decisioningand de-bottlenecking
•Link EverGreento financial performance: Ensures EverGreeninitiative execution progress incorporated into Business Performance Reviews (BPRs)
Orchestrate overall transformation process, working with MT to design, execute and deliver
•Governance: Lead operating cadence in OpCo to review progress against priorities (using SNOW tool as a backbone), maintain pace of change
•New ways of working: Work with MT to catalyse new way of working that enables organization to deliver double the impact in half the time (EverGreen "management innovation" capability)
•Change & Comms: support in design and deployment of change management and OpCo engagement and communication plan
Support capability building
•Support, coach and challenge colleagues in managing funnel and delivering per initiative pipeline
•Drive collaboration with and sharing & incorporating best practice from other OpCos
Require capabilities
Senior leader in organization able to be thought partner to MT, respected in the business
•Strong financial acumen –strong understanding of business finance with analytical ability (especially given focus on Cost & Value in 2021)
•Strategic thinking –coordinate and integrate across multiple inputs and moving parts, and move towards common goal; synthesize into overall strategy
•Project management –able to manage multiple projects, maintaining overview of big picture and close attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal skills –able to make connections, influence and challenge colleagues respectfully, resolve conflict
•Plain and clear communication skills –clear, confident communicator
•Change-oriented –willing to push the boundaries and not settle on "what has worked before"
•Honest and courageous –needs to be transparent about transformation progress to leadership and challenge when required, not just an order taker
