Job Purpose

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive reporting and actionable insights to support both day-to-day sales operations and strategic decisions. You will manage sales data integrity across systems, support distributor deployment and reporting improvements, and lead the full cycle of sales incentive monitoring. Your work will help optimize sales performance and drive better commercial execution.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Generate and support production of sales dashboards and reports at global to area levels
  • Consolidate insights from distributors and internal teams to support decision-making
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of multiple sales databases and systems
  • Serve as primary contact for system errors impacting Sell-in / Sell-out reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date product, price, VAT and dimensional data in sales platforms
  • Support deployment of system enhancements and reporting improvements
  • Manage the full monthly sales incentive cycle with high accuracy and timeliness
  • Contribute to new distributor deployment execution and project delivery
  • Coordinate training, materials, and logistics for system rollout initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives

 

 

 

Candidate Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales business analytics (FMCG experience is a strong advantage)
  • Skills & Competencies:
    Strong analytical capability with attention to detail
    Experience using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
    Good understanding of sales processes, reporting, and incentives
    Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    Fluent in English – written and spoken
