Quality Assurance Technologist

Multi Bintang Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Quality Assurance Technologist to join our Supply Chain team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding product quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to food safety and quality regulations, collaborating with the BPOM and other relevant government bodies.
• Support Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet stringent quality standards.
• Manage Supplier Quality: Conduct supplier audits, evaluate materials, and ensure compliance with Heineken's quality requirements.
• Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical support and guidance on quality-related matters, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Assist in Complaint Resolution: Support the consumer care team if needed to investigate and resolve consumer complaints related to quality of products, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production quality or quality systems, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Used to led projects.
• Familiarity with local and international quality and food safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BPOM, SNI, BSN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and accuracy-focused. A team player with solid interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
