Product Owner Sales Representatives and Driver

About the Job 

We’re looking for a Product Owner to accelerate the digital transformation of our Sales Representatives and Driver operations through the evolution of our OMNI platform.

In this role, you will work closely with distributors, frontline sales teams, and D&T to shape how OMNI supports the future of sales execution. You’ll translate real field insights into product priorities, ensure smooth deployment, and drive strong adoption across the commercial organization.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across Sales, D&T, and external stakeholders. Ideal for someone experienced with distributor or customer-facing applications who enjoys translating business needs into practical digital solutions and driving adoption in the field.

Job Purpose

Drive the growth of the OMNI platform by turning field and distributor insights into a focused product roadmap. By aligning business priorities with D&T delivery and ensuring strong adoption on the ground, you will continuously enhance the Sales Representatives experience and enable smarter, more effective sales execution. #DoSomethingThatMatters

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate user needs from Sales Representatives, Drivers, Canvassers, and SPVs into clear product requirements.
  • Lead backlog creation, prioritization, and refinement to support continuous product improvement.
  • Conduct regular user visits to understand pain points, validate features, and drive user-centric solutions.
  • Perform UAT and regression testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and readiness before release.
  • Support adoption of digital tools across area teams through guidance, communication, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with Distribution Partners and Regional Sales teams to ensure alignment, support cross-functional priorities, and strengthen deployment readiness.
  • Take ownership of OMNI deployments, collaborating across functions to support OMNI business transformation, operational excellence, and value creation.

 

Candidate Criteria  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Product Owner / Product Management roles, ideally with field-facing exposure.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with frontline users and translating feedback into clear product requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate with agility, and work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable working on-site and engaging regularly with field teams.
