Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the deployment and optimization of our HEINEKEN digital platform while overseeing the end-to-end business process. You'll collaborate with global, regional, and field sales teams, integrate strategies from related stakeholders, design promotional concepts, and ensure compliance with platform usage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels.
• Providing project management and support, including incorporating strategies from related stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining backlogs, including market visits to capture customer needs and building relationships with distributors and sales teams.
• Overseeing platform backlog, and prioritizing feature development.
• Planning and executing HEINEKEN digital platforms deployment in multiple cities, ensuring clear roles for stakeholders.
• Resolving process/system issues hindering HEINEKEN digital platforms deployment in certain distributors.
• Designing promotional concepts to boost HEINEKEN digital platforms usage.
• Developing a comprehensive deployment strategy for HEINEKEN digital platforms.
• Driving HEINEKEN digital platforms roadmap and contributing to new feature development.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Engineering/IT.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management.
• Professional proficiency in oral and written English.
• Proficient in Excel. 
• Excellent communication skills.
