Laboratory Technician

Responsible for sampling and analysis (physical, chemical, microbiology, taste) related to Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Work in Process , Finish Products, Returnable Packaging Material, Auxiliary , Chemicals, water, waste and others, in line with Heineken and other standards or procedures.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement of safety & health procedure during daily activities.
  • To ensure accurate and reliable laboratory & analysis results, and reporting.
  • Managing availability materials, reagents, chemicals required for analysis and managing the Laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain good hygiene and condition of work place and  Laboratory apparatus according to 5 S and GMP where analysis are carry out as maintained to set standard as well as complying to safety working rule in the laboratory, good implement of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 22000 / HACCP in practice.
  • Follow and implement Laboratory Star System (LSS) procedure.
  • Proactively implement Total Productive Management (TPM) in daily activities, eg: Team Member or Leader of Progressive Quality (PQ) & improvement team, 5S, CILT Audit, RCFA, Single event (DCS, Machine Board), etc.
  • Proactively conduct self-learning & development to increase competency level.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Biology, Bio-chemistry, Micro biology.
  • Experience in the same field for at least 1 year.
  • Conversant in English both oral & written.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang Brewery
