Field Distribution Manager - Java

Responsibilities :

• Monitor & liaise the correct implementation of distributor development (RTM) program according the company strategy, to achieve of targeted market share & sales volume within designated region objectives.
• Ensure the flawless execution to drive the effectiveness and efficiency Multi Bintang’s distributor management, including the integration of processes and operations
• Ensure key initiatives that modernizes and professionalizes the distributors’ internal business management and operations by adopting, defining, implementing, and evaluating best practices to support and expand the business performance
• Conduct business review and Tracking distribution performance by each designated region

Requirements :

• Willing placement in all Java area
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Experience minimum 5 years of relevant position and preferably has an experience in Sales Supervisor & Distribution management min 2 years from FMCG
• Excellent in leadership competency & fluent in english both written & oral
• Willing to travelling to the responsible area & relocated to the area if needed
