Channel Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Manages all channel execution, actions required to grow & develop within each channel according to the channel plan & strategy
  • Manage specifically assigned projects to improve the channel priority
  • Ensure and monitor excellence in Excellent Outlet Execution (PICOS) across key customers/accounts, strengthen in outlet presence, brands, optimizing assortment, & promotional strategy in line with promotion guideline across all channels.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to monitor & analyze competitor activity that cover all aspects of A2QVP2 (Availability, Affordability, Quality, Visibility, Promotion & Persuasion)



  • Bachelor degree (Sales & Marketing)
  • Minimum experience: 3 years in Trade Marketing
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
