Business Development Executive (BDE) - Sales


  • Develop business and create demand through the outlet activations
  • Consistently provide the best service, understand the customer needs, as well as engage and influence them through regular outlet visit.
  • Implement standard activities in the outlets in accordance with the provisions of the company.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in line with the company strategy and standards.
  • Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and regularly monitor the performance and follow up with corrective actions.



  • Min. S1 graduate from any discipline.
  • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG) as a sales supervisor or marketing representative is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Excellent in communications negotiation skill, interpersonal relationship, as well as team work.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
  • Hold valid driving license “A”
