Senior Account Manager - Bali

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven in handling Premise Account Management like Hotel, Premium Bar and Restaurants, Key Accounts, Local Chain, etc
• Deliver & manage company sales objectives in specific Areas and Channel
• Develop a promotion program plan in line with company strategy within the given budget
• Ensure the execution of the program plan accordingly by the sales team
• Manage, implement & monitor the system, processes, and way of working
• Periodic monitoring and assessment of distributor performance
• Initiate prompt corrective action upon the distributor's low performance (below standard)
• Oversee and supervise the proper and effective utilization and maintenance of company assets placed in the outlets/markets
• Control the proper implementation of pricing strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in business and marketing.
• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in FMCG.
• Has a strong passion for Sales.
• Conversant in English both written & oral.
• Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.
• Have good communication and negotiation skills, and can adapt to quick changes in the market.
• Have a creative mindset, able to build a network with diverse stakeholders, and have some knowledge/skills in business development
