Regional Trade Marketing Manager - West

Multi Bintang Indonesia (part of the HEINEKEN Company) is seeking a dynamic Regional Trade Marketing Manager for the West Region to drive our brand's presence and growth. Key Accountabilities

• Set objectives and KPIs for execution/fundamental, aligned with category and channel objectives
• Develop category and channel-based selling stories and sales toolkits as enablers for the sales team
• Communicate execution plans in a clear and motivating way across commercial functions
• Consolidate and simplify key information/feedback and translate it into region-based key-indicated actions
• Track and evaluate execution performance against objective and KPI

Requirements

• Willing to be placed in Batam and ready to be placed all around Indonesia.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Management, Economy, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
• English Proficiency: Fluent (both verbal and written).
