Function: Procurement and Logistics

Location: Dharuhera

Qualification: Graduate in Supply chain / Logistics

Year of experience: Minimum 3 Yrs of Experience

Job Purpose: To receive, maintain and issue raw materials on time as per company standards.

Job Responsibilities: 

MATERIAL RECEIPTS

• Receive all materials as per P.O.s. issued by the Purchase department.
• Ensure that the materials are as per the standards specified & duly tested in the Lab.
   

MATERIAL ISSUES

• Ensure all materials are issued as per proper Indents.
• Keep track of returnable gate pass register for materials sent out for repair, maintenance etc.

SYSTEMS

• Ensure all relevant entries are passed in the system on time with no errors.
• Ensure Minimum stock of critical items.
• Ensure that all items that have reached re-order levels are ordered.                                            

 INNOVATION

• To identify one area of Improvement and Implement the same.

SELF & SUBORDINATE DEVELOPMENT

• To give on-the - job training to subordinates         

To identify training programs for self.
