Brands - Kingfisher and Power Brands

Location- Bangalore

Job Purpose: 

Support development of product strategy and implementation of brand-plans of the brand under purview; Guide market research studies, oversee campaign design and execution and drive seamless marketing operations and reporting activities

Main Responsibilities

• Business Planning - Work closely with the category head in the process of building a brand strategy and managing the annual planning process for the brand including budgets, core creative idea and integrated campaigns to drive long term brand equity
• Brand Communication - Work closely with the Category head in the process of creating communication strategies for the brand including advertisements, modes, content, consumer activations, contests and promotions
• Brand Operations – Lead the marketing projects including day-to-day management of media and advertising agencies, coordination with sales and trade marketing for activations and visibility
• Brand Commercials - Accountable for overall management of brand budget (ATL) to drive effectiveness and efficiency of spends with clear ROIs

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing (preferably Alcobev/FMCG)
• Initial experience in sales will be a plus
