Jo Responsibilities:

The key responsibiities includes processing BTL claims for the distributors/government markets, performing customer reconcialtion, manage and controlling scrap outstanding, follow up for statutory forms like C and H forms.

Ensure OTC related month close activities are handled and mothly MIS on various activities like RCCM minutes update, Key KPI adherence etc.
