Position Title - Head - Regional Reporting & Accounting - South 

Location - Bangalore

Qualification - CA/MBA

Strategic Management & Oversight

• Leadership and strategic oversight of regional finance team for the South cluster
• Reconciliations and review of ATL/BTL provisions, claims and payments, MONT and draught claims and working closely with the O2C team to drive timely settlements
• Approval and oversight of correct GRNs for sales and marketing POs
• Resolve exceptions arising during processing of invoices, working closely with the procure to pay team and user departments to enable the necessary flow of information
• Regular reviews of key control areas to achieve desired KPIs/controls (Unused assets, Open GR/IR, Vendor/Customer reconciliations)
• Oversight of control environment across breweries in the region (CSA reviews, closure of gaps identified under ICFR reviews, monthly review of key financial controls)
• Spearhead the Corporate/Statutory Audits for brewery related areas
• Support senior leadership and the organization with ad-hoc analysis in a variety of expertise such as value flow, accounting inquiries, data clarity, etc

People Management

• Leading and motivating the teams and setting clear expectations
• Fostering a productive and healthy work environment and providing strategic guidance to the team
• Providing clear and concise feedback and resolution of conflicts
• Identifying, mentoring, and developing talent and conducting regular performance reviews
• Business partnering with relevant brewery and sales stakeholders
• Leading and managing organisational change and facilitation such transitions for the team and the stakeholders

Desired experience and qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both onsite and remote.
