Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Production technology

Year of experience: Minimum 4 Years of Experience

Job Purpose:

To support the procurement function in preparing the RFQ, identifying the right source, negotiating, finalizing the price, delivery, etc. for various CAPEX/OPEX procurements. 

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Identifying new vendors, screening, and onboarding in line with company policy
• Receive and understand requirements received from internal stakeholders in terms of scope of work, specifications, RFQ, BOQ, delivery schedule, etc.
• Float RFQs to potential vendors, inviting proposals, evaluating the CQS or proposals, understanding the cost, etc.
• Coordination between vendor and internal stakeholder
• Proposing a competitive alternate opportunity to save money, quality, lifetime, etc.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring and Management
• Co-ordination with auction team
• Lead discussions on finalizing the price, processing the PO, delivery, etc.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders (project, brewery, finance, legal, etc.).
• Coordinate with CHA, Supply Chain, for import of materials and customs clearances.
• Identifying the long-term opportunity, contract, lead, cost-saving opportunity, etc.
• Preparing internal benchmark prices for Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.
• Proficient in SAP
• Experience in Capex & MRO procurement
• Knowledge of contract framing
• Understanding of Incoterms, payment terms, and variables
• Proficient in MS Office
