Your job

Ensure a pro-active and effective two-way engagement in the OpCo to manage and mitigate the impact of the DBB

programme on the organisation by supporting with a structured change approach, communications planning and

delivery. Create and implement change strategies that maximise employee awareness and adoption as well as buy-in

for change. Support the OpCo Transition Team to achieve a successful transition through advising and collaborating

on the change challenges and best practice approach. Support the Regional Programme Manager to establish,

maintain and execute the Communications plan. This role will work with the OpCo Change & Communications Lead,

the OpCo HR Lead as well as the HR Director to ensure the OpCo is embracing the change and DBB New ways of

Working.

  • Creating the change management strategy and plan and put this into action, tailored to OpCo needs and timelines
  • Participation in key Transition and Tollgate meetings
  • Plan and deliver the Onboarding of the OpCo Transition Team
  • Create stakeholder map: all relevant roles in the OpCo
  • Together with the Regional Transition Manager and OpCo MT, conduct an impact assessment:

                1) Understand how changes affect the OpCo stakeholders

                2) Determine the impact of each of the changes against the role.

                3) Determine the change activities: Communication (1way/ 2way), Training

  • Work with OpCo to ensure the change is understood on all levels in the OpCo and the new ways of workings are implemented
  • Support the onboarding, training and assessment of Key Users
  • Support the identification, onboarding and training of Change Agents (where applicable)Set-up a Communication plan (OpCo and Region level)
  • Set-up a high level training plan
  • Execute Communication plan through the different phases of the transition journey
  • Create a training schedule and ensure the preparation of trainings as per plan
  • Evaluate trainings and communication
  • Prepare and execute go live communication
  • Facilitate and support the OpCo in preparing the HR Plan
  • Execute role in close cooperation with and in alignment to guidelines from DBB HR, Change & Comms Manager
  • Ensure the relevant transition toolkit clusters are up to date and tools and templates are according to best practices

 

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant change management experience
  • Local OpCo knowledge
  • Experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change strategy, plans and communications, and designing change interventions
  • Experience of faciliating and guiding change initiatives, managing teams without managerial influence
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent presentation skills and Excellent written and verbal English, French is a plus
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue
  • Candidates from the region will be preferred
