Qualification: B.E in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering

Year of experience: Minimum 4 Yrs of Experience

Job Purpose: Responsible for Maintenance of Plant machineries

Job Responsibilities:

Planning:

The spares/consumables and raw materials are maintained at optimum stock levels.

Raise indents as and when required to ensure material availability

Be aligned with the maintenance planning process

Optimum process performance:

Control the expenditures of maintenance and raw materials and ensure they are within budgets

Aligned with manufacturing excellent roadmaps and programs

Optimum plan and equipment availability:

Efficient running of DGs for the plan and maintain high standards of electrical maintenance.

All equipment is calibrated and maintained as per TPM/OEM recommendations.

Availability of right set of tools by artisans

TPM is implemented, reviewed and updated using formal failure analysis.

Equipment safety instruction

Other requirements:

Plan and execute maintenance of all electrical equipment as per job cards

Condition monitoring (vibration monitoring of all electrical equipment)

SOP audit of utility, brew house, WTP, ETP plant electrical and instrumentation

Minimize power wastage.

Should be able to read instrumentation drawings.

Ensure compliance to statutory requirements – electrical inspectorate.

Fair knowledge of instrumentation panels and PLC.

Note: 33KV Electrical supervisory license will added advantage.
