Specialist On/Off Premise Sales

Title:  On-Off Premise Specialist

Location: Westchester and Hudson Valley, New York  

Job Grade: 10

About the Role:  

Create great consumer experiences by delivering best in class programming served at its highest quality within targeted on or off premise accounts


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage channels & accounts through planning, execution and review of results against standards and KPIs

3. Collaborate with distributor network to ensure focus on HEINEKEN USA portfolio at accounts & geographic territory through regular communication, training, etc. within account base

4. Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.

5. Partner with internal HEINEKEN USA team to ensure alignment and execution at accounts and geographic area

6. Sell in and ensure execution of programming to off & on premise accounts aligned to our Picture of Success standards

7.  Secure distribution aligned with brand focus (i.e. draught vs. bottle)

8.  Ensure visibility and quality standards in accounts & geographic territory

9.  Leverage selling support tools such as bartender/wait staff education, sampling events, Perfect Pour elements, etc.

10.  Develop and maintain relationship with key account, distributor and internal HEINEKEN USA team members to ensure collective success. Build and maintain relationships at key accounts to influence and execute against HEINEKEN USA’s retail standards

 11. Excellent Outlet Execution embedment using Consumer Drivers within assigned accounts, geographic territory, and respective distributor partners


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to retail environment preferred
  • Exposure to beverage or hospitality industry preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
  • Passion for winning/Drive for Success

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 32 lbs
  • Frequent stooping, reaching, bending, twisting required
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit in vehicle for extended periods
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must obtain a valid solicitor’s permit (upon hire)
