About the Role:  

The Sr. Manager, On Premise Channel will be charged with driving superior sales performance through the development, delivery, and activation of the on premise channel strategies for our markets, retailers and distributor partners.  This candidate will use their creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to help our on premise sales teams grow HEINEKEN USA volume, revenue, and share. They will be accountable for forging internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally to develop a plan focused on winning in the on premise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ‘always on’ programs that engage consumers and showcase the value of Heineken USA’s On-Premises portfolio
  • Provide sales teams with channel specific selling tools & programs that can be leveraged to secure promotional activity
  • Identify macro trends and opportunities and develop a plan for support across priority channels and regions
  • Collaborate & integrate Heineken USA’s On-Premise sampling strategy and programs
  • Coordinate & facilitate agency partner’s support & execution for Heineken USA (including prioritization, budget mgt, and overall delivery)
  • Support Regional Marketing in the development of regional customer programs
  • Collaborate with merchandising solutions team to deliver effective merchandising materials
  • Communicate programs and selling materials to regional sales teams.
  • Manage overall channel activation budget
  • Execution of Post Program Analysis

 

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of on-premise channel knowledge and experience
  • On Premise sales experience preferred
  • Ability to identify and action key consumer & shopper insights
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders both internally & externally
  • Ability to simplify complex strategies into easy to digest direction
