About the Role: The MarTech Business Solutions Manager is a dynamic and adaptable leader within the D&T team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Marketing Technology solutions that align with strategic business initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing processes and applications, and the ability to apply technical expertise to solve complex problems. The MarTech Business Solutions Manager will be leading the implementation of small to medium MarTech solutions, managing project timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources, and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects and driving change within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Oversee and lead the development and implementation of small to medium technology solutions, from initial concept to deployment to change management.
- Work directly with technical team to manage technical configuration.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources efficiently.
- Evaluate, recommend, and encourage the adoption of new digital solutions to transform business processes and to achieve business outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with focus in Marketing or Media Performance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- A track record of successful project delivery and effective change management.
- Thirst for knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred.
- Certifications in project management are desirable.
- Experience in MarTech solutions, including Salesforce, CDPs, CMS & personalization tools and eCommerce applications.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000V+ Annual Bonus
