About the Role:

Work with the Director of Supply Chain Finance to act as a Business Partner for the Supply Chain team at HEINEKEN USA. Ensure effective business decision making, through good understanding of the functional processes.  Provide financial support for the Operations Leadership Team and other members of the department.  Increase shareholder value for HEINEKEN by supporting delivery of OpCo financial and non-financial targets in Supply Chain within an effective and robust financial control environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) review of monthly actuals and forecast.  Prepare volume/price/mix analysis.
  • Analyze and review Transfer Prices (TPs) provided by each brewery.  Maintain master list of TPs to be shared with relevant stakeholders.  Provide analysis, as needed, to support sourcing decision making.
  • Provide tariff tracking, reporting and reconciliation as needed. 
  • Support the business planning cycle of Supply Chain within the OpCo for the 3-year Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and Rolling Forecast.
  • Help provide advice, guidance and support for Supply Chain financial decision making.
    • Proactively advance the deployment of information throughout the Supply Chain team
    • Create / Support Cost Efficiency Analyses
    • Prepare Ad hoc Analysis to gain insights, where relevant
  • Help prepare monthly Supply Chain Business Performance Review (BPR).
  • Help support tracking of Supply Chain Gross Savings & DSV projects.  Validate savings delivery.

 

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics degree or related degree
  • 2-4 years of finance experience
  • Proven experience working with large amounts of data
  • Experience with information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel expertise a must)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Beverage or CPG Industry experience

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 + Annual Bonus
  • Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision + Matching 401k Plan
  • Vacation – 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Wellness Days
  • $200 Monthly Beverage Allowance
