About the Role: 

As the Sales Finance Manager, you will be the Financial Business Partner to our Frontier Zone Sales Team leading strategy, planning, and performance to ensure effective business decision making with overall P&L Management. You will report directly to the Sales Finance Senior Director and help support special projects across the Sales Finance Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance business partner to Regional Sales Lead (and Sales team) supporting strategy, performance planning, reporting, and full P&L management.
  • Act as liaison to Pricing and Revenue Management representing the Region financials
  • Provide insights on key drivers and variances in the monthly commentary to senior management.
  • Budget Management of Commercial and Fixed budgets
  • Support the business planning cycle: Monthly Forecasts, Annual Plan and Quarterly Latest Estimates
  • Engage cross-functionally with business process owners (i.e. finance directors, accounting) to understand company performance, provide insights and challenge results
  • Manage the content for the monthly BPR process, including creating and maintaining reporting packages, both financial (P&L, VPM) and commercial KPI’s (i.e. volume, due-to analyses, display), and leading the preparation of the executive presentation
  • Produce and continuously improve both the Region P&L, including providing volume-price-mix (VPM) and revenue per case analyses, and training materials in order to imbed ROI mindset and improve controls
  • Support the month-end and annual close process including accruals
  • Support the HUSA Innovation agenda through forecasting & performance management
  • Support strategic sales execution initiatives through analysis, target setting, & performance management
  • Develop ad-hoc financial modeling and reporting
  • Own the data integrity for the business critical VPM cube within TM1, including partnering with GIS to implement system enhancements and ensure accuracy of data
  • Act as an SME for the organization in analytical and financial reporting tools such as COGNOS, TM1, Basware, and iDig


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing or Finance required
  • Functional expertise:  1-3+ years of related commercial, industry experience with demonstration of analytic and information driven experiences
  • Experience with information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information
  • Finance experience (business math/economics) preferred
  • Proven Commercial Affinity
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills required
  • English Speaking Skills

Compensation 95K-105K annually
