About the Role:

The Commercial Analytics & Communication Manager for the Frontier Zone, will provide insights from analytics and collaborate with cross functional teams to coordinate communications and sales support to the Zone Director and Market Managers. This role will help drive HUSA performance by simplifying and streamlining all Frontier Zone communications, platforms and objectives at hand.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong sense of urgency, excellent organization skills, and ability to be the Sr. Director’s right hand person. Additionally, the successful candidate will solve business problems and where needed design and/or integrate technical solutions. 


Key Responsibilities: 
• Identify areas for improved Zone functionality, collaborate with ZD and cross functional teams to develop and embed ways of working
• Identify and Improve Systems and Tools to be used by the Zone Market Managers
• Establish and drive the internal Zone communication plan – bridging the gap between the Frontier MMs and the appropriate cross functional support teams (work in all sales tools to surface insights and direction for distributors to execute against (for example: run the 7-11 tool to find specific store level data to provide MM a summary for distributors to execute in order to close voids) 
• Establish and embed distribution decile report analysis to provide summary of insights to the MM’s for execution from distributor (for example: analyze deciles report updates and create a summary that provides MM’s the specific accounts and packages per distributor, per decile to close distribution gaps)
• Streamline geographic specific chain communication that identifies distributor level opportunities on void compliance and mandate execution (weekly)
• Ability to be the right hand for the Frontier Zone Director as SME for communications, platforms and objectives at hand.
• Align and own the business performance management scorecard across the markets, providing commentary and insights to the Zone Director 
• This role reports to the Sr. Director and sits on the Zone leadership team
• National Account Void report analysis and communication of gaps to Market Managers
• KPI measurement, tracking and communication to Sr. Zone Director & Market Managers


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Minimum of 4-6 years relevant commercial experience and sales support experience
• High level of comfort working within VIP, MS Office – PPT, Excel, Outlook
• High level of comfort working within technology mediums such as Mailchimp, Mediafly, etc.
• Ability to collect and disseminate data from multiple sources into a concise and turnkey output
• Proficient Budget tracking, Business Analysis, Presentation skills
• Understanding of three-tier distribution environment
• Ability to communicate with external distributor network
• Ability to translate scorecard results into insights


Preferred Qualifications:
• Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, budget management and market knowledge
• Sales Performance Management
• Experience managing within retail and/or three-tier distribution environment
• Experience interacting and calling on distributors
