About the Role:

This role will support the overall Non Alcoholic portfolio strategy and execution for HEINEKEN USA.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Support the Senior Brand Manager in annual/3-year planning cycles for Non Alcoholic portfolio, developing short- and long-term forecasts for defined Non Alc segment(s), brands, and geographies.
  • Insights to Action: Leverage deep consumer understanding to drive brand development, commercialization and innovation of products across the Must Win Battle Framework to unlock full potential of Non Alcoholic portfolio on existing strategic brands.
  • Reporting: Lead measurement and tracking of all portfolio initiatives including post-campaign analyses
  • Innovation: Lead the execution of innovation products and future Non Alcoholic brands and line extensions.
  • BTL Leadership:
    • Partner with sales counterparts and key customers to develop best-in-class Non Alcoholic category selling story to maximize full potential of segment at retail and increase overall productivity of Non Alcoholic brands on shelf.
    • Collaborate with wholesalers in key markets to maximize the Non Alcoholic opportunity across their full portfolio of offerings in the segment.
    • Identify short- and long-term opportunities to drive incremental portfolio growth across key growth channels (E-Commerce, C-Store, On Premise, Concession/Venues, Unlicensed Accounts).
    • Project Management and execution of programs and full year support calendar across portfolio of Non Alcoholic brands.
    • Support cross-functional sampling execution.

 

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of commercial experience (Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of project and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience with the 3-tier system of alcohol preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus
  • Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision + Matching 401k Plan
  • Vacation – 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Sick Days
  • $200 Monthly Beverage Allowance
