Off Premise Specialist

About the Role:  Build distributor and retail relationships to influence and execute retail standards in order to deliver volume and coverage in off-premise accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain diverse relationships at key accounts to influence and execute against HEINEKEN USA’s retail standards
  • Manage accounts through planning, execution and review of results against standards and KPIs
  • Collaborate and influence distributor network to ensure focus on HEINEKEN USA portfolio at accounts through regular communication, training, follow up, work-withs, etc.
  • Uncover opportunities and lead Excellent Outlet Execution embedment using Consumer Drivers within assigned territory
  • Leverage selling resources to support KPIs at accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS, etc.
  • Partner with internal HEINEKEN USA team to ensure alignment and execution within territory


Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to retail environment preferred
  • Exposure to three-tier distribution network preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have a valid solicitor’s permit (upon hire)
  • Excel and Power Point efficient


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 32 lbs
  • Frequent stooping, reaching, bending, twisting required
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit in vehicle for extended periods
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends
