About the Role:
Drive performance of HEINEKEN USA portfolio through Allied Beverage & High Desert Distributing (Reyes Beer Division West Distributors) distributor partnership (Reyes Beer Division West Distributor).

 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Provide direction, coaching and feedback to a team of Sales Specialists
• Drive the annual and monthly business objective planning process; communicate regularly with key stakeholders within distributor network
• Ensure execution of programming and retail standards through incentive management, KPI tracking and review with network
• Lead financial management including oversight of pricing, inventory, budget, invoicing, and expenses
• Manage targeted account / customer management responsibility
• Drive and coach HEINEKEN USA colleagues, across sales and other functions to ensure alignment / gain support of local efforts 
• Strategic - Setting agenda, strategy, and driving execution to own business results
• Embed Excellent Outlet Execution within distributor network

 

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• People Leadership experience desired 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing within retail and/or three-tier distribution environment
• Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, market knowledge
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 32 lbs
• Frequent stooping, reaching, bending, twisting required
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit in vehicle for extended periods
