About the Role:

Drive performance of HEINEKEN USA portfolio through distributor network for New Mexico market.  Estimated annual volume of 1.5 Million cases.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Along with Zone Director and West RBU team, build Annual Business Plan.
  • Drive annual & monthly business objective planning process; communicate regularly with key stakeholders within distributor network
  • Ensure execution of programming and retail standards through surveys to inspect execution,  incentive management, KPI tracking and review with network
  • Survey a determined number of accounts per month and input on the Market Execution Tools,   usage of available tools and information to drive execution plans in the market.
  • Direct training on Heineken USA portfolio for Distributor sales teams.
  • Lead financial management including oversight of pricing, inventory, budget, invoicing, and expenses
  • Lead General Price Increases for Husa products with a revenue management mentality and complying with brand guidelines.
  • Supervise inventory levels for Husa products and work with Distributor to make sure the required Days on hand are held.
  • Manage targeted account / customer management responsibility
  • Collaborate, provide support, and follow through to the National Account Managers on the right promotional activity, as well as the correct execution of programs in the market.
  • Drive and coach HEINEKEN USA colleagues, across sales and other functions to ensure alignment / gain support of local efforts
  • Strategic - Setting agenda, strategy, and driving execution to own business results
  • Embed Excellent Outlet Execution within distributor network

 

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing within retail and/or three-tier distribution environment
  • Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, market knowledge
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift up to 32 lbs
  • Frequent stooping, reaching, bending, twisting required
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit in vehicle for extended periods
