Talent Manager

The Talent Manager will drive regional talent management initiatives, with a focus on our HEINEKEN Asia Pacific graduate program.

Areas of responsibilities:

 

Program Management (Graduate program)

  • Main point of contact for end-to-end program management including design, planning, and execution to ensure a great employee experience
  • Ensure effective annual planning and execution of regional recruitment and attraction campaign
  • Continuously review based on external trends and re-shape the program in service of the wider business agenda
  • Propose and manage relevant business partners, in collaboration with the Regional Talent Acquisition team, e.g. application tracking system, assessment tools, and technologies, branding agencies, etc.
  • Build and engage with the graduate community through various channels and initiatives and conduct regular surveys to collect feedback
  • Monitor turnover of the graduate program and conduct exit interviews and analysis

 

Talent Development

  • Propose and execute learning curriculum and talent development solutions for the graduate program
  • Coordinate timely matching of the graduate assignments and ensure smooth rotation of overseas assignment
  • Provide support and coaching to the community of graduates
  • Monitor & follow the progress of graduates in their accelerated career development path

 

Talent Management

  • Ensure complete and quality talent data and provide analytics and insights
  • Support TM processes, e.g. performance management, people review, succession planning and talent assessments, etc.
  • Drive annual climate surveys
  • Coordinate leadership development programs

 

If you have a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or Business Administration and at least 5 years of Talent Management experience this is the job for you! In this role, you will also get to do Talent Analytics, Change Management, Organizational Design, Cultural Transformation including working across multiple client groups/geographies.
