Your job

Are you a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Procurement and are you looking for an international experience? 

As Regional Functional Lead you spearhead individual functional areas (such as production, logistics, sales, procurement or finance). You are SME in your respective field. You have complete domain area knowledge and are the first point of contact for OpCo Functional Lead. 
Your primary objective is to ensure the implementation of the Global Template solution following the BASE transition methodology. 
Regional Functional Leads are co-responsible, together with the OpCo Functional Lead, for coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration, module testing, scheduling key users for system tests, preparing process documents, approving training documentation and relevant end user training.

 

In this role you are responsible for:
•    Identification and analysis of user requirements within their functional areas
•    Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology
•    Be responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation
•    Ensure configuration, processing and implementation of functional area software modules and relevant interfaces
•    Reconcile, by previous validation/confirmation from the Functional standing organization, the user requirements to the new system capabilities
•    Identify business process / technology improvements and changes and escalate them to the Functional responsible in the Global Standing Org.
•    Actively promote the adaptation of business practices and adoption of processes utilized by the new Global Template solution
•    Be a change agent and support the OpCo on their change management journey
•    Work with OpCo Functional Lead / OpCo users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the Global Template solution
•    Work with OpCo Functional Lead / OpCo users to foster active participation and ownership of the new solution (processes & tool)
•    Ensure a proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, training, etc.)
•    Provide a communication link between project teams through attendance at regular Project Team or Team Leader meetings
•    Contribute to status reporting
•    Thoroughly perform testing of the tool and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met
•    Input issues into the main log (e.g. open issues log) that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and also follow-through on resolution of those issues
•    Contribute to continuous improvement of the transition approach and Global Template solution
•    On-board new team members in your functional area and transition methodology
•    Adequate handover to Business As Usual after Stabilization phase of the transition


Your working environment
As Regional Functional Lead you will report to the Regional Transition Manager and your position is based in Singapore.

 

Your profile
For this role we are looking for someone who is a subject matter expert in their perspective field. 

 

Also the ideal candidate has:
•    Full knowledge of HGP Toolkit and transition methodology
•    Knowledge of business process management – ideally Source to Contract & Purchase to Pay
•    Preference for understanding of Master data and IT system / ERP operations.
•    At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably exposure to JDE
•    Preferably HEINEKEN knowledge and experience
•    Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
•    Good analytical and project management skills
•    Effective negotiation skills
•    Ability to influence at different organizational levels
•    Effective time management skills and good organisational skills
•    Excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
•    Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
•    Excellent written and verbal English 
•    Able to travel up to 30-40%.
