APAC Transformation Lead

As the APAC Head of Transformation you are responsible to drive and embed the cultural and mind-set shift in the APAC Region. Setting up and executing the Agile Transformation Program together with the APAC Transformation & Technology Director and Regional Management team is your primary focus and objective. With your insights and experience, you organize and oversee the realization of effective product teams in the regional office and markets to deliver on the Regional Ambition. You drive a unified approach for the transformation ways of working, making sure we regionally hire the right capabilities.

Your transformation team will provide training, coaching and facilitations for the Regional Management team ceremonies and products being developed in the Region.
You’re a sparring partner of the APAC Transformation Director with whom you’ll define the Transformation framework and journey.

We are looking for some with:

•    More than 12 years’ experience in large-scale agile transformation in MNC 
•    Excellent coaching skills: listening, motivating, observing;
•    Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing);
•    Collaborate, show courage, take responsibility, has trust, speaks up, is creative and is driven to simplify;
•    Strong knowledge of Agile rules and practices and able to teach others;
•    Proven training-, coaching—and change management experience;
•    Tech savvy
