Title:  Marketing Intern Americas

The Marketing Trainee supports day-to-day marketing activities, helping to execute brand plans, coordinate projects, and manage operational tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in brand management, digital marketing, trade activation, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Brand Support

• Assist in the execution of the annual marketing plan.

• Help prepare presentations, reports, and competitive analyses.

• Support monitoring of brand KPIs, consumer trends, and market movements.

 

2. Digital & Social Media

• Contribute to the development of social media calendars and content ideas.

• Coordinate with agencies on asset delivery, influencer activities, and performance tracking.

• Monitor digital metrics and compile performance summaries.

 

3. Trade Marketing & Activation

• Assist with POS material development and approval processes.

• Help coordinate sampling programs, events, and promotional activities.

• Support communication and alignment with sales teams and distributors.

 

4. Project Coordination

• Help manage timelines, follow up with agencies, and track status of deliverables.

• Organize marketing files to ensure accessibility.

• Support cross-functional processes (legal, finance, procurement, supply).

 

5. Budget & Administration

• Assist with PO creation, invoice follow-up, and budget tracking.

• Maintain spreadsheets and documentation for marketing activities.

 

6. Research & Insights

• Support market research projects and consumer insight collection.

• Monitor competitor activity and summarize key findings.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of marketing principles.

• Good communication skills.

• Familiarity with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, social media, Canva/Adobe is a plus).

• English desirable.
