Sales Services Officer (8-month contract)

Right now, we are looking for a motivated Sales Services Officer to join our team, based in Athens, reporting to the Sales Systems & Tools Manager within our Sales department. The position will serve an 8 month contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Consolidate data inside our systems to ensure duplicates  values are avoided
• Ensure compliance with global and local guidelines per system field
• Make mass data changes when necessary or organize them in collaboration with IT
• Participate in cross functional projects
• Maintain detailed documentation explaining per field rules that apply to ensure business continuity.

Requirements: 

• 1 – 2 years of experience with data management tools & processes preferably in the FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or IT) 
• Excellent command of the English language (both written & oral).
• Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Very good command of information systems, SAP especially, is considered a plus.  
• Structured approach and keen of understanding details
• Problem solving skills & attention to detail 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross function teams in a highly dynamic & complex environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to complete tasks within deadlines.
