Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven HRBP for Athens & Lamia to join our HR Department, based in Athens, to develop, support and execute our HR Agenda for Supply Chain departments.

 

Job Description

•    Supports, executes & develops the HR agenda
•    Co-drives the initiatives in embedding company’s culture throughout the various Supply Chain departments
•    Leads the People & Organizational Development agenda of the Supply Chain departments, to assess competencies gaps, learning & capability building         needs and formulate plans accordingly
•    Participates in and/or coordinates HR activities – recruiting, onboarding, R&R, training, internal communication, performance management
•    Utilizes the HR tools and methodology for HR functionalities
•    Works with Core & Local HR team, ensuring effective delivery & execution of all core HR processes
•    Manages various stakeholders effectively
•    Assists and conducts follow ups in the development and implementation of training plans
•    Implements the company’s policies, strategies & practices
•    Participates in functional and cross-functional projects & events.

 

Requirements

•    Βachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources. A Master’s Degree would be considered an asset.
•    Αt least 2 years related experience
•    Excellent command of English in written and oral communication
•    Strong communication and people skills
•    Proficiency in using MS Office
•    Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
•    Excellent problem-solving skills with an orientation towards 
•    Ability to make things simple internally, striving for continuous improvement and nurturing a culture of care
•    Drive and ambition to grow in a multinational environment
•    Open-mindedness & eagerness to learn, valuing experience, data, and insights as vital business assets for success
•    Able to periodically travel for a short amount of time, to ensure proper coordination with the Supply Chain teams.
