About the Program:

The Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey consisting of three six-month rotations, followed by an 18-month landing role within Athenian Brewery in Athens, Greece.

• Rotation 1: Start at Athenian Brewery, gaining a solid foundation in your chosen function while understanding our operations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2: Take on a cross-functional assignment in Greece, broadening your business perspective and learning how different departments connect.
• Rotation 3: Expand your horizons with an international assignment within the HEINEKEN network, enhancing your global mindset and adaptability.
• Landing Role: Apply everything you’ve learned in a management position in Greece, contributing to business growth and driving impact.

Criteria & Conditions:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s an asset).
• Experience: Recent graduate (up to 1-year post-graduation).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Greek.
• Work Rights: Legal right to work in Greece.
• Mobility: Flexibility for international assignments.
