Right now, we are looking for a passionate Consumer Experiences & Data Strategy Specialist to join our Media & Digital Team is tasked to be responsible for planning and coordinating Consumer Experience strategy for Athenian Brewery brands in order to build a long term relationship with consumers across multiple touchpoints.
Based on consumers’ expectations and preferences, Consumer Experiences & Data Specialist should define what data attributes to collect, translate data insights to strategy and meaningful value to consumers considering business goals.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ownership of CRM plans - Develop local, personalized and targeted campaigns using relevant channels such as οn Site Content (+Messaging and Retargeting), email, messaging and digital media though 1st party data targeting.
  • Lead ongoing optimization of the data strategy to identify insights and target efficiently the corresponding segments.
  • Keep abreast of advertising standards and consumer protection laws and standards in local market.
  • Close cooperate and provide guidance with digital agencies to shape the roadmap, the KPIs, and forecast with regards to acquisition, growth rates, retention based on best cases examples & best practices.
  • Identify, shape and provide guidance on browsing history and user experience principles.  
  • Regular reporting on success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of consumer motivation/ Set the standards towards the creation of an automated dashboard to monitor the performance of each activation and website performance. 
  • Be a key member of media & digital team for developing a comprehensive, data-driven CX strategy for AB brands, in collaboration with brand, legal and D&T teams taking into account brands’ priorities, local compliance& market conditions and Heineken capabilities.
  • Have a strategic and consulting input to brands’ key assets that can be leveraged towards websites, sponsorships and BTL activations.
  • Liaise with marketing team and keep them updated on market insights and best practices.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject to Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Operational Research or other related discipline.
  • 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle management or marketing.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical mindset.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and detail-oriented professional.
  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and entrepreneurial individual with focus on test, learn and scale.
  • Professional experience in operating CRM tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce CRM, Azzur Microsoft). 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
  • Agile interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
